This site is operated by This Life Forever Inc., which produces and bottles Mishka Premium Vodka. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

The short version

We collect an email address when you choose to give us one, and a message when you choose to write to us. We do not run analytics, we do not run an advertising pixel, and we set no cookies. The only thing this site stores in your browser is a yes or no answer to the age question.

What we collect, and when

Nothing on this list is collected by browsing. Every one of the forms below only sends us anything when you fill it in and submit it.

The PA250 waitlist was removed on 14 September 2026, when that edition went on sale. Anything sent through it before then is still held, and the same deletion request below covers it.

1. Contact form

Fields: your name, your email address, a topic, and your message. We use it to answer you.

2. Store alerts

Fields: your email address, your ZIP code, which is optional, and a consent tick. We use it to tell you when Mishka reaches a store closer to you.

3. Event reminders

Fields: your email address, your ZIP code, which is optional, and a consent tick. We use it to tell you before a pour or tasting near you.

4. Mailing list

Field: your email address, with a consent tick. This one goes to Klaviyo, our email provider, and is the list we send occasional brand email from.

5. Server logs

Like every hosted website, our host records your IP address and basic request details each time a page is served. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything above.

Why we ask for a ZIP code. It is optional everywhere it is asked, and refusing it costs you nothing. A ZIP beside an email is how we tell which parts of Pennsylvania are asking for Mishka, so we know where to push for shelf space and where to pour.

Every form also carries a hidden field that people never see and never fill in. It catches automated spam. It is not information about you.

The age gate

The first thing this site asks is whether you are 21 or older. When you answer yes, your browser stores a single flag saying that the question was answered for this session. That is all it holds.

It is not a cookie, it does not leave your device, and it contains no information that identifies you. We never learn your date of birth, because we never ask for it. Close your browser and the flag is gone, and the site asks again next time.

What we do not do

• No analytics. There is no Google Analytics and no analytics tool of any other kind on this site.
• No advertising pixel. No Meta pixel, no ad network tag, no conversion tracker.
• No payment processing. Nothing is sold on this site, so no card details are collected, and no payment company is contacted at all.
• No cookies. This site does not write cookies, for any purpose.
• No accounts. There is nothing to register for, no password, and no stored profile.
• No selling or sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
• No profiling and no automated decisions are made about you.

Who processes it for us

Two companies, and no others.

• Netlify hosts this site and receives every form submission. Server logs sit with them as well.
• Klaviyo is our email provider and holds the mailing list.

We may also give information to someone else where the law requires it. That is the only other case.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and mailing list entries are kept until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer have a reason to hold them. We review what we are holding once a year and remove what is no longer needed.

Server logs are kept for a short period by our host as part of running the site, and then discarded.

Your choices

To stop receiving email, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send. It works immediately and you do not have to ask us.

To find out what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to info@mishkapremiumvodka.com and tell us which address you used. We will answer, and we will not ask you to justify the request.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your personal information. Ask us and we will honour them.

Children

This site is for adults of legal drinking age. It is not directed at anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we change this page and update the date at the top. We do not make changes quietly.
